Up this week is everyone’s favorite midlander.

1. Favourite memory of playing for Norsemen?      Away to Civil Service last season. From the trip down to the ground on the Norsemen Travel Club, to the drinking the bar dry aftert the game, the entire day was based around us getting promoted to the top division capping a fantastic year for the club.
2. Best player and why?     Tadd. Two footed, strong, rapid, reads the game well and can play anywhere across the back or in midfield. Tadd has been a consistent performer for the 1st team for the last 3 seasons.               
3. Favourite club to play against?   Crouch End Vampires. Because I f***ing hate them, they hate us and we always get 3 points when we play at their barn, sorry ground.
4. Best away trip for food?      I would say Civil Service because they supposedly have great pies (Read Muzza’s top ten if you want details, it still hurts to this day). Old Finchleans laid on a quality selection of saturated fat laden food last season so i’m going for them.        
5. Favourite old boy?           Barry Ayers. Because he’s better than Reggie Ayers (not just football, but everything).             
6. What’s the best goal you have scored for Norsemen?    My 1st season at Norsemen 1’s vs Old Lyonians. Ball is set to me going across my body and away from goal 25-30 yards out and I struck it so sweet that is arced into the top right hand corner with a vicious swerve. I will never score a goal like that again.
7. Favourite Norsemen of all time?    Ballers. I seriously don’t know how he has managed to play in the 1’s for such a long time with his (lack of) ability. I don my cap to you sir.
8. Worst moment for Norsemen?   Losing away to Carshalton two seasons ago. Losing to Carshalton away normally is bad enough (because they play in Somerset or something like that). But losing by a single, last minute goal and knowing that your promotion chances have gone took it to a new level. No one spoke to each other after the game.
9. Favourite training memory?        Like Muzza ‘The Night of Rain’. If you weren’t there you couldn’t possibly understand. If you were, you’ll take it to your grave.
10. Best thing about being a Norsemen?      Banter, nights out and hearing Forbes saying ‘Walk Tall You Blue Giants’ pronouncing every word as though they were his last.
